Looks like the cables or possible refresh rate is not set properly
I would try going to Catylyst control panel and try setting refresh rate a 59mhz .... then try at 60 ..... possibly even 75mhz , if none of that works GET A HAMMER!!!
I dont think your screen is going because generally they just stop working.
And with graphics cards bumming out well usually from my experience they pixelate the screen with little green and red spots ..... if you arent sure on ya GPU maybe try downloading this ATI tray tool http://downloads.guru3d.com/d...
