This is an update of the NOC Clan Rules. These rules are in effect regardless of what server you play on. They are intended to give our clan a respected image among the game-playing public.

Clan Rules:

#1. All NOC admins are to be treated with respect, any kind of disrespect towards the admins could be face with a 24 hour ban or removal from the clan.

#2. No member should violate the ROE(Rules of Engagement) Teamkills, team flashing, etc. is immature and doesn't solve any problems with another player. Worse, it puts a black mark on your tags.

#3. Reconnecters suck! We all have bad runs from time to time. Suck it up.

#4. No abusive language of any kind through server console one warning and then a 1 day ban from the server and TeamSpeak. This includes arguing and name-calling matches in console.

#5. No disrespecting of clan members or members of the general public. We want to be the best clan for RESPECTING ALL PLAYERS!!

#6. No ghosting is allowed by anyone. Ghosting will result in a probation and second offenses will result in a ban. Reporting last e sightings is considered ghosting. If you are still alive you may report enemy.

#7. All members should die fighting. No committing suicide or jumping to your death. Screwing a player out of a deserved kill makes you and your tags look weak.

#8. Whenever you enter a non-NOC server, follow the rules of the server. If it say's no camping don't camp, no spam, respect the rules and make your clan look good. If you don't like how they play leave.

Server specific rules

#1. No bothering admins for forceclassing, If they want to they will. You can make your requests.

#2. Newly appointed NOC members will not receive PB powers for approx 3 months, they must earn their powers like everyone else. We need to know you plan on being a member before handing out powers.

Rules for our FBI/PB security force:
#1. When Admins (Big-Papa, Lucky Luciano, Ninja, Lovetokill, Tbag, incREDible, or Bullet ) are present
all PB and FBI powers stop unless admins ask for help.

#2. Any FBI member caught enforcing their security status as an admin will have their powers removed from when these rules are posted. No claiming your an admin for NOC!!

#3. Any abuse of PunkBuster Power such as kicking because some one is beating you, Cursing without giving them a warning etc... The first time is a one day Ban from the server and TeamSpeak. The second time caught abusing your PB power is 48 hour ban and loss of PB Powers. Use your head and think before you kick!!

#4. When using PB power to make room in the server for a member or a friend, lowest honor goes. And make sure you always warn before kicking and invite the kicked player to try to come back. We don't want anyone thinking they were kicked for no reason, remember, we host the public and should treat them as we would a guest in our house.

This next rule applies to our team speak:
Do not use team speak for anything else but Americas Army and clan related activities. In serious gaming rooms, no serious conversations may take place. Go to a private room. If someone is offended by the conversation, save it for another time.

New Rules As Of 11/21/08

#1. No =NOC= member may become an administrator for another clan and/or server without prior consent from the admin staff. This is in place to prevent any unintentional tarnishing of the =NOC= name.

#2. On the fly scrims are fine. If you are challenged to a scrim with a group of =NOC= members, please post the results in the forums with a screen shot of the final score if possible.

New Rules As Of 3/28/09

#1. If a clan member is inactive on forums or game for more then 6 months without letting the clan know, you will be removed from the clan ( from aao tracker and lose clan member forum status ). When you return, you may notify us and you will regain your clan member status. If you notify us that you are going to be away or if life has arrived, your account will not be touched.

#2. If you choose to leave NOC for another clan and you wish to return to NOC, you must convince an admin to let you come back. Once they approve, the rest of the admins will vote to see if you will be allowed back into the clan.

And the last and Final Rule which is the most important,
Have fun, we all play AMERICA'S ARMY for a reason, especially with clan members and friends because we enjoy it.
