ok i have this anti-virus on my computer and it wont delete from it ... and the system restore wont work . it pops up fake viruses on my computer and wont turn off or shut down i dont know how to get it off and avg dont help non e either and i cant remove it with the add or remove programs cause it aint in there to delete what do i do ???
